Warranty
We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all products (this warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents).
If you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page. For accepted warranty claims, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Fit Guarantee
We guarantee that all products will fit the vehicle specified in your order. Since most of our products are custom-made, although we strive for 100% accuracy with every order, mistakes can happen. If your product has a fitting issue, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. If the product indeed does not fit your vehicle, we will offer a free replacement or return.
Return Policy
We only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:
- Not as Described: The product does not match the description on our website.
- Color Mismatch: The product color does not match the color you selected when placing the order.
- Does Not Fit the Vehicle: If you believe the product does not fit your vehicle, please provide sufficient evidence (such as photos of the product in your vehicle).
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing the order, you can request to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
To process a return request, we need evidence such as photos and vehicle details.
Please ensure you verify vehicle details when placing an order. Before ordering, check the pattern images and product details listed. If anything appears incorrect, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
