3. How can I ensure that your products fit my vehicle?

We have over 2,000 mat styles to ensure we can accommodate your vehicle's make and model. If we do not have a style for your vehicle, we can customize it. We use 3D scanning technology to guarantee a perfect fit for your vehicle. If any issues arise, we will retrieve your mats, resolve the problem, and provide a replacement free of charge.

4. What if the product I received does not match the description?

If the product you received does not match the description on our website, please contact us immediately and upload relevant photo evidence to support your claim. If your claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product does not match the description.
  • The product color does not match the color you selected.
  • The product does not fit your vehicle (please provide sufficient evidence, such as photos).
  • You changed your mind within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that we will need evidence such as photos and vehicle details to process return requests.

Installation Guide - Floor Mats

Important Notes Before Installation

To ensure correct fitment and optimal performance of your LMY Auto floor mats, please follow the instructions below carefully.

1. Remove Original Floor Mats

Before installation, please remove all existing factory or aftermarket floor mats from your vehicle.
This step is essential to ensure proper fit, safety, and stability.

2. Included Accessories

Your package includes double-sided Velcro strips and fixing accessories.

Please note:

  • Different vehicle models may require different fixing methods
  • Not all accessories are required for every vehicle
  • Use only the accessories that are suitable for your specific vehicle and interior surface

The accessories are provided to improve stability where needed and should be used at your discretion.

3. Installing Front Floor Mats

When installing the front floor mats:

  • Move the front seats fully backward
  • Position the mats correctly and align them with the vehicle floor
  • Secure with accessories only if required
  • Return the seats to their normal position after installation

4. Installing Rear Floor Mats

When installing the rear floor mats:

  • Move the front seats fully forward
  • Lay the rear mats flat on the floor
  • Ensure the mats sit flush and do not bunch or fold
  • Secure only if necessary, depending on your vehicle’s interior material

5. Final Safety Check

After installation:

  • Ensure all mats lie flat with no curled edges
  • Confirm the driver’s mat does not interfere with pedals
  • Re-adjust if necessary for the best fit and safety

Installation Guide - Boot Liners

Important Notes Before Installation

To ensure the best fit, stability, and appearance of your LMY Auto boot liner, please follow the steps below carefully.

1. Prepare the Cargo Area

Before installation:

  • Thoroughly clean both sides of the boot, removing dust and debris
  • If the boot side panels are plastic, please remove any surface wax or protective coating to ensure proper adhesion
  • A clean surface is essential for correct installation

2. Adjust the Seats

Before placing the liner:

  • Fold down the second-row and third-row seats (if applicable)
  • This allows correct positioning and alignment of all sections

3. Install the Side Panels First

When installing the side sections, please note the following:

If your boot side panels are plastic:

  • Use the adhesive-backed Velcro strips included in the package
  • Attach the adhesive Velcro to the Velcro already stitched on the back of the liner
  • Position the liner according to the shape and contour of the boot, then firmly press to secure
    If your boot side panels are carpet / felt material:
  • The liner’s stitched Velcro backing is sufficient
  • Adhesive Velcro is NOT required and should not be used
  • The liner will naturally grip the carpeted surface and remain secure

Please note: The adhesive Velcro included in the package is optional, not mandatory, and should be used only if required for your specific vehicle.

4. Install the Seat Back Covers and Main Liner

After the side panels are secured:

  • Install the seat back covers
  • Lay down the main boot liner
  • Ensure all sections are aligned and sit flush with the vehicle interior

5. Final Check

After installation:
  • Make sure all pieces are fitted smoothly with no lifting edges
  • Confirm the liner does not restrict seat movement or folding
  • Adjust if necessary for the best fit and finish
